My dad, Jim Smith, Sr., farmed the farm and many people rented the house from us. Bev and Duane Malek made this their home when they were first married. My sister, Deb, and her husband Pat Trulson lived their for several years when they were first married as well. We always called it "the Paulsen place" as I believe that is who owned it previously.
