In 1975 this home was owned by Fred & Elsie (Petersen) Carstensen. Before that his parents lived there. Fred passed away in 1998 and Elsie in 2000. Their son, Jens who never married, lived there for a short while following their passing. It is now owned and resided in by Fred & Elsie's grandson & wife, Daniel & Dana Schroeder.
