My dad (Lyle Olson) bought this property along with the farm and split this acreage off keeping the corn crib in the back along with all but 10 acres of the land. I think he sold this split off acreage to the Grever family, and then it was sold to Bill and Kristie Konz. Bill remodeled the house completely. He jacked the entire house up and dug out a new basement and poured new concrete and block walls all by himself (with a neighborhood kid giving him A LOT of grief in the process ;)
