This Farm was owned by Ed & Jennie Carlson. They purchased it when they married in Nebraska and then moved to the farm in the 1890's. My aunt Agnes was born there on Christmas eve, ten years later son Glen was born on April 23. Ed and Jennie lived on the farm for more than 50 years until they moved to Red Oak. They were married for 60 years. Glen and Lucille remodeled the house in 1951 by digging a basement and removing most of the 2nd story.
Glen and Lucille's daughter Carolyn and her husband and family moved to the farm in 1961. In 2013 Glen and Carolyn moved to /Red Oak and sold the farm ground to Roger Carlson (no relation) and the house and acreage to Tyler and Taylor Johnson.
