Great picture Dacia..sure am glad you and your husband live in 'our house'. Just nice to know that someone who really loves it as much as we did growing up, lives there now!

Wow, the farm in its prime! I forgot how Dad had the grove cleared out and replanted with pine trees. I had to mow it, always getting in stuck in holes! I also mowed the ditch from the lane and up the hill to the west, it always looked so nice that way. Of course the grove/ditch is totally filled in today. I can also see Mom's garden in this shot (east of the back yard). It wasn't fancy but produced tons of peas, beans, potatoes and tomatoes, we'd spend evenings on the back porch snapping beans and peas. Thanks for the picture Dacia. It was nice to remember a bit.
