This is where I grew up and my parents still reside here. They've owned the place since 1977. The big barn on the south has been replaced by a much smaller pole barn, as well as the shed next to the big tree (that is also unfortunately gone now), it was replaced with a much larger pole barn. My grandfather planted the pines in the front of the house, which have grown so much that you can hardly see the front of the house any longer. All the trees around the house are still there and of course are much larger now. I have many fond memories growing up here and hope that this homestead stays in our family for generations to come.
