This is Delphos, IA. It is where my grandparents lived back in the early 1900's. My great-grandfather had a store in town. They went to the Methodist church located on the far right in the middle of the picture. The church is surrounded by two trees. You can see the steeple. As of 2019, the church building is still there. The old high school is the three story brick building near the bottom middle of the picture. It has since been torn down and replaced with a plaque in the ground. The current population of the city is 25 as of 2010.
