In the 1930's this acreage and farm belonged to a Mohr family. In the 50's the Ida Kartstens and her husband owned the land and for a time the Maynard Reinhart lived here and farmed the land renting from the Karstens. The Reinhart family purchased and lived there until their retirement. The acreage was sold and today the house has been remodeled and some of the buildings are gone while others are being utilitized.
