I bought the 15 acres from Hank Schiebout in about 1993 and sold 4 acres on the west side of the house and 5 acres on the east side. The development was named Sunset Acres. I dont remember the year but the grainery on the right of the barn burned down after our dog hit the heat lamp and started it on fire on a Sunday morning in Feb. A neighbor saw it. After we sold the acreage, the next year the long chicken barn burned down with a plastic recycling business in it that we started in 1993. I has had three more owner since 2003.
