This was the farm of Kenneth and Elizabeth Den Herder (my grandparents). That tree just off to the left in front of the house was a large apple tree we used to climb as kids. I got stuck in the top of that tree and had to be rescued by my uncle! Most of the buildings in back of the home have been torn down. A large machine shed now sits behind the home. The home had been gutted and nicely remodeled by its current occupants, Lyle and Sharon Den Herder (my uncle and aunt).
