SATTRE STORE! Very cool to see what my parent's store looked like back in 1969.
When did your mom and dad buy the store? We used to stop there alot when we visited Grandma & Grandpa Rude.
In the summer time in the 1940s I uswed to stay at my grandpas farm 1/2 mi east of sattre. Just about every weekday I would walk or ride my bike to the store to pick up the mail. Eddie and Etta Lund owned the store back then. My favorite time was to go there on Saturday eve and get a NEHI pop with my uncle Jack Finholt. Lots of good memories.
Mom and Dad bought the store in 1977. I was 10 years old. And they are still running the store!
