This is known as "The Streeter Place" even though the Charles and Martha Streeter are both deceased and haven't lived there for decades. They are famous in the area as the founders in 1964 of the Vista Burger Drive-In which had locations in several Kansas towns (Lawrence, Emporia, Manhattan, and possibly Great Bend). The Manhattan location is still open and thriving today and run by Brad Streeter, a son of the founders.
