I could be wrong, but I believe this to be along Country Club Rd, East of Salina. Could be 9689 E Country Club Rd Solomon, Kansas.
That location does appear to be correct. However, all the structures in the photograph are gone now. A new, large home with a swimming pool is at the location, now.
Actually, the home was expanded, and porch added sometime in the mid-80s I think when I was in high school.
