This was my step dads store his names was John A Durbin he named the store THE SUNFISH MALL. It had been on this property since the early 1930's and was owned by Lonzo Durbin when he sold it to my step dad in the 1960's or early 1970. It was burned down by some Arson'est's Nov 30 2016 . They were caught and now face 20 yrs in the penitentiary

It's a shame the community never thought to see what we could do to get a grant to restore the Sunfish Mall. It was history. Memories of good days and a place for the community to run into each other on a daily basis. (Such a shame). I would love to walk into that store one more time and see John A. sitting behind that counter. Yep, good days.
