This is Ruban Blandford House and Farm. Ricky Blandford and I work Horses on this farm. in be hined house was a big Corn flield . Ruban put Ricky and I plowing Corn one day. we had a mule and Horse that did not work to good. as young boys we did not no better. one of us lay under the apple tree eat apple the other plow.why the other should chop out corn but Ricky said he was not going to chop out corn so I ant ether. so one lay under the apple tree why the other plow corn.did that all day. Ricky left and I put horse and Mule in Barn that evening. will you no later that night Ruban come in.I told Miss Blandford to tell Mr Blandford to go check on the horse it wasing acting right. Mr Blandford went down and Check on the horse. and the horse was down. Ruban set all night with the horse. will the horse Die that night. Ruban thought there were nothing them horses. it took him a long time to get over that. it was nothing like Mr Ruban and old man Bill hardest working Man I every saw, R,I,P Mr Ruban and old Man Bill I will never forget you.
