Poland Spring Bath House, on the National Historic Register. Was used for guests of the resort from 1913 to the early 1970s. Today, it is a cottage for rent by the resort.

The Bath House, now known as 'The Beach House', was constructed by the Poland Spring House enterprise in 1909. It rests on the shore of Middle Range Pond in Poland Spring. Route 26 runs north/south and appears in the lower left corner of the photo, which was taken from the west looking east.

The house looks much the same architecturally. It is now painted dark red with white trim.
