This 'cottage' is named the 'Country Way' and is one of the properties available for rent from the Poland Spring Resort. It was also available to guests when the grand Poland Spring House was in operation.

The house, which sits facing Route 26, looks much the same, although the it is now somewhat surrounded with trees.
