Rebel hill Merrill

James Fitzgerald and Maggie's farm. They gave it to Rick and Gail Pinard in 1972. House burnt around 1981 and a log cabin was constructed. Rick sold the farm in 1983 and, cabin burned a year later. The property has since changed hands many times

This property is currently owned by Doug and Jessica Stubbs who purchased it from Ora Hardy in 1993. The barn roof collapsed in the winter of 95 and was burned the following spring. The only thing remaining from the original homestead is the milkshed that was attached to the barn. The crab apple tree on the corner of the fields is still alive.
