Old IH dealers, Main St Mars Hill

Do not think so . configuration is not right . Your thinking Pierce Napa Parts place and it looks close to it and former service station Texaco .
It is the old I H Dealership owned originally by E. A. Welch. My Dad worked in the building on the left. The Prestile Stream is behind the buildings. Not sure what business was in there in 1965.
Yes it is the International Harvester Dealership. My Dad Estle Townsend SR worked in the parts department and his brother Uncle Paul Townsend worked as a mechanic in the smaller building to the left. Not sure how long each worked there but was late 50's early 60's.
lawrence plumbing was there in late 70's. i worked in NAPA store after i got out army in about 71 or 72. i lived in bun gallops house the old pool hall just south of it
