This looks like the Harold Hammond buildings on the south side of the Hersom road.
Was this originally the Sawyer place?
Harold H. Hammond's farm, 182 Hersom Road, Easton, Maine 04740 I'm his daughter, Sherry Hammond (now Prosser). I've been looking everywhere for a photo of where I grew up. I loved this farm so very much. I was there when the barn was torn down. Across from the potato house on the opposite side of the road was a forman's house with garage and a huge lilac bush by the driveway. I know I have walked every inch of this farm; a little girl and her big black dog roaming happy and free.
My name is Susan (Fuller) Vacheresse. I spent a lot of time on this farm with my best friend in high school, Bonnie. We did a lot of things together and she later married my cousin Karl!!! My parent were Dwight and Louise Fuller.
Sherry, I have some home movies that my dad, Clifton, took. They are converted to DVD. They include some clips of Harold and Eleanor as well as your grand father and mother - Earnest and Beatrice Hammond. I'll try to upload it to Youtube soon.
Harold Hammond, 1920-1983 married Eleanor Bell, 1924-2012. They had 3 children: Bonnie, Bernard and Sherry by 1950.
