Dinsemore farm

This is the Dinsmore farm where I grew up. Many happy memories.

This is the home farm of my youth shared with Marjorie Dinsmore Foren. The potato house to the left with the sagging roof is now gone along with the shop and the barn. The shed is still in tact. My nephew, Robert "Bobby" Grant Dinsmore Jr., recently removed the kitchen part of the main house with the chimney that connected to the shed leading to the barn. He build a beautiful modern home within that space facing East / West offering a breath taking 360 degree view of the surrounding area. Boddy's parents, Robert Grant Dinsmore - my beloved older brother - and his wife Norma Langley Dinsmore - my beloved sister in law - visited the new addition soon after the new addition was finsihed. This farm has always been owned by a Dinsmore although the Dinsmore family that my grandfarther - George Washington Dinsmore - bought it from was not a relative.
