Todd farm where winderemere is are on slides 24 and 25.
Vaname Todd farm. 288 west Ridge Rd. Later owned by Glenn and Phyllis Todd. Only the house is still standing.
This house was built in 1903 to replace a small house that was built much earlier along with the barns. Vanamee and Effie Nightingale Todd lived in the small house for about five years and their oldest son Guy was born in the small house. This small house was moved down the hillside on the north side and was occupied by cousins of the Todd's and later by Mr. & Mrs. Bishop, parents of Mabel Bishop Shaw. The Todd's second son Glenn was born in this new house in 1905. The Todd's had a silver fox ranch on this property in the 1920's. After Glenn and Phyllis married, they farmed and lived here until the 1960's.
