According to the history of Westfield, this was the first home built in Westfield. I believe it was owned by Cote at this time.
I remember going to Kenway Cote's birthday parties here during the winter in the 80's. The bermed potato house wasn't there but the foundation was, and we would jump from the top into the center and land in the deep snow. Good times!
