I think this may be Deb Beckwiths fathers farm - John Beckwith.
The home is lovely and in a peaceful setting. I believe it was originally built by one of the two Hopkins Brothers who formed a corporation that had a large meat distribution business. The "Hopkins Block" on Main Street was one of the corporation's assets. It may have had a mechanical refrigeration system in its basement for holding beef until they could be distributed. There are photos showing the name "Hopkins Bros" on the barn roof in the early part of the 20th century.
