The Todd Farm on the Caribou side of Route 1. Only the house is standing today. Percy Jackson lived here with his 13 kids and we used to play in that big barn. There was a big rope that we did tarzan swings on. Deborah Jackson broke her arm on this rope swing. OOPS.

One of the Jackson girls was killed by a car on the old Cora Heald Farm just across the road. I was picking there in the late 60s. She was on break picking apples in a tree close to the road and a car left the road and killed her. A horrible tragedy in the middle of the day.

My Grandfather's farm = ) There were 2 houses on that farm but only 1 is shown. I picked a lot of potatoes and did a lot of exploring in those fields.Learned how to drive a tractor and a car on those field roads too! Was there the day the Jackson twins were killed,will never forget that day.....

Actually, two of the Jackson girls were killed that day, Bimbo and Beeba. They are my cousins.
