This is now Industrial Heat and Pipe

At the time this photo was taken, it was Avon C. Brown, Electrical Supplies. I worked there from 1972 to 2014 and was Co-Owner from 1989 to 2010. Renovations were done in 1972 to house Industrial Heating & Piping Co., Avon C. Brown Co., and Maine Fire Protection Co., The warehouse that is now on the property was also built in 1972. The Owners at that time were Warren Gibbs and "Bea" Ouellette. After that, "Bea" Ouellette was sole Owner and in 1979, it was renovated again to house "Mister Plumber". Then in 1989, J & B Rental Co. purchased the property, Owners Jeffrey Everett and Robert Doucette and Industrial Heating & Piping Co. was the only occupant of the building at that time. After that, JP Martin & Sons rented a portion of the warehouse and Maine Distributors rented a portion of the Office building. the property was sold in 2010 to PD Industries of Bangor, They are Owners of Maine Fire Protection and Industrial Heating and Piping now. They purchased the Building and Industrial Heating & Piping Co. in June of 2010. In 2014, Industrial Heating & Piping Co. was moved to Bangor and the building was put up for sale in the fall of 2014 and is still up for sale.
