Eastern Tractor, operated by Reno Sirois
Caribou Inn and Convention Center location
There seems to be a roll of film missing that runs from the old Funland on Route 1 South including Dead Mans Gulch up to WAGM. Death Valley on Route 1 is missing.
Just to the left and behind Eastern Tractor were two mobile homes. My Uncle Leonard Michaud lived in one of them you can see a small driveway leading to it. He worked at Eastern Tractor for a while.
When I was in high school (maybe Jr High) there was a story in town that there was going to be a Holiday Inn built on this site. This building was torn down and was a vacant lot for many years as no Holiday Inn ever materialized. Maybe ironically today it's the site of the Caribou Inn and Convention Center.
