The house on the right is the orginal James and Victoria Ellis homestead; my great grandparents. It is still standing and my parents live in it.

Middle building is the Ellis store. Name of store was later changed to Braley Service after Mina Ellis married Roland Braley. Store was torn down and gas tanks removed; however, Gulf sign still remains.

The small outbuilding behind the store was a chicken coop and it no longer exists.

House on left was Fred and Carrie Ellis' home; my grandparents. House was moved approximately 5 miles down State Road toward Presque Isle sometime in the 1970's. Richardson family lived in the house after it was moved.

The small barn to the left of Fred's house is still standing.
