Brook road St. Agatha, was owned by Antoine Picard but the land is now owned by Bruce Corriveau, shed in the field the house and garage are still standing
Orignal owner was Bill Michaud, Joan Hebert's Grandfather
The house, garage and 5 acres of land is actually owned by myself and my husband, Kurt Soucy. Bruce owns the farming land around us.
Wow that is where I was born and lived. Beautiful place and great memories.
Barn and potato house were demolished many years ago.
Mr. and Mrs. Emile ( Agnes Picard ) Michaud owned this house They were married in Ste. Agathe on 8 July 1919 . They raised their children there . Rev. Sr. Aurelie who was born on 3 October 1921 in that house , now lives at Montfort Heights in Ste. Agathe , Maine .
Yes, I was born in that very house in 1923, and have many fond memories.
Was raised by my grand parents, Bill and Agnes(Picard)Michaud in this farm house along with my sister Joan until 1962. We then moved to Madawaska. For myself and my sister this is still what we consider home.
