Pit Cote now resides here. Not sure who was there before. This is located on Little Mountain Road in St. David, ME.

That use to be my Uncle Zepherin house and his son Euclide lived next to him.

This is my Grandparents home, Zephirin and Emma Clavette Gendreau, they raised 8 children in this home, sold the farm to Pit Cote in 1963, there was a twin peaked barn that would have been in the lower left of this photo, I believe it came down in 1965.

I was raised on that farm. My father, Euclide, lived in the small house and my grandparents Zephirin & Emma Clavette Gendreau lived in the big house. There was also, not seen in this photograph, a double barn across the street. The farm was 107 acres as I remember my grandfather saying. It was sold in 1965 to Alphie Cote, one of the neighboring farmer, and later to his son Gerald (Pit) Cote when his dad retired..

This picture of my grandparents farm brings me so nice memories. We had good times there when we were young. We were there too when Mom went for potatoes picking.

I was born on this farm, in 1954. My name is Ginette Gendreau Loura, I lived there till I was 8 yrs old when my mother pass. I remember my bother Danny breaking he leg on ice in front Papere steps.potatoes picking seasons, mom's garden, the chicken coop....too many good memories.....

My uncle pit (Gerald) cote and Rita raised their family there. A special place in my heart. Had the cousins Glenn.Greg.Gina cote back in the 60,70,80. Memories.great family
