148 Niles Rd Presque Isle

I purchased this house in 2013, there have been very few changes. The barn has been converted to bedrooms,the carport is now enclosed and there is an addition to the top floor, but in general its basically the same. Point of interest....in the basement two of the original foundation floor beams still has the bark on them even after 155 years!
