Marc Berube

I believe that Gerard & Bernadette LaJoie owned this house from 1969 to 1993 or 1994. They raised their 4 sons here. (Peter, John, Paul & Luke).
Paul & Norma Desjardins owned the house until December 1995.
My husband John LaJoie and I bought the homestead from them at that time. John was happy to move back in the house that he grew up in. We have 3 wonderful children (Marc, Patrick & Emma) that love and enjoy the place also. In 2014 we did demo the back section and rebuilt it to add a family room and a garage. We love our place and enjoyed raising our family here. The barn now needs a little TLC but is still in great shape. Over the years we added a treehouse and a few playhouse for the kids. In 2012-2013 we built a cabin about half a mile in back of the house with amazing views of the valley and Canada.
