Is this the Sawyer farm on the Garfield rd in Ashland , Me
Gilead Farm, Ashland, Maine. Owned at the time of the photo by my Grandfather and Grandmother George (Pete) and Irene Sawyer., manager and shareholder in Dunn Woodlands. House had burned the year before on Christmas Eve(electrical). Many priceless heirlooms up in smoke, including my mom's Girl Scout badges and a grand piano.

Correct Karen. In this photo, the house has burned. My sisters used to play many times with the Sawyer's and Rand's at that farm.
