The Gene Chase Farm.

I live on 6 1/2 acres of the Gene Chase farm, where the house and barn stand and frontage is to the right of the potato field, that was once his grandfather, Hon. Cyrus Chase's 132-acre farm, who came from Danville ME. The tool shed got old and was torn down, which is in the back and was part of the Barrows Farm that Murray Lawrence later bought. The 6-acre property has wide frontage (from maple trees to telephone pole on far right) and narrow in the back.

My grandmother was Martha Chase Niles. She passed in 1963 in Southington CT. Shea and my Grandfather, Elwyn M. Niles are buried in Marshall cemetery in Westfield. My father was their 5th son, Quentin Niles. My grandparents were my angels on earth and miss them so much. Martha's descendant's now own a dairy farm in Mapleton, Maine. Martha was the first piano player in the Baptist church in town.

I now live in Southington, CT.

My grandfather, Elwyn owned a home in Westfield but I don't know exactly where. He and my grandmother, Martha Chase Niles moved to CT in the fifties. I would love to know any information about either of them relating to Westfield. Elwyn was born in Bridgewater, Maine April, 1892.

My grandparents were Amy and Gene Chase. My mom Hazel Chase Bartley had many memories about the farm and neighbors.
