Rick is correct, this is the Albert Church Brown Memorial Library on Main St. in China Village, China, ME (address 37 Main St.). The house looks much the same as in this picture, still adoring shutters and displaying the fanlight above the door. The fence seen here was gone by the late 2000s (replaced by a vinyl one that remained straight across the lawn), but the walkway remained. Around 2018-2020 this walkway was removed, and a circular drivway was paved in front of the building.
