Dowe's store,Don's Superette, the Market & Deli?

306 ME-3/US-202, South China, ME. The structures to the left were gone well before the 2000s, and replaced with a building likely between the 1970s and 1990s. By the 2010s this building housed Adams Realty, who has been there since. The building at center, as Tom says above, was once Dowe's Store, Don's Superette, and The Market & Deli until around 2012, when it closed. Dollar Deals, a dollar sotre, moved in around 2013, but was closed by 2016. In 2018 Medical Maine opened in this building and has remained there since.

The building itself has expanded over the years. The original door and the window s to its left are still there, though a door was added to the left of those windows, and the ones to the right were filled in. The signage on the roof is gone, and the roofing material is now metal. A large addition was built to the right of the building, with a bit lower of a roofline. The siding had been updated to a vinyl before 2007, however it was replaced again around 2015 with a beige color. Slowly Medical Maine has been updating the siding of the building and giving it a refreshed look.

Gas pumps and a gas station canopy in front of the doors, added between this photo and 2007, were removed after The Market & Deli closed in 2013. The front lot is now complete paved, and there is a dividing fence between the building and the small structures to the left.
