I did grow up here with my 2 sisters! My parents, Malcolm and Carolyn Tapley, owned this farm and ran a dairy from 1955 to 1985. My parents have died and my nephew, Joshua Burke, owns the farm now, so it is still in our family. Metal roofs have replaced the shingles. The vents are gone off the barn. Some of the trees are gone now as well as the fencing. The area behind the barn is cleaned up now. No manure pile! Mostly it is the same. The color is still pale yellow.
