This is the old Luce Farm current address is 346 Middlesex Road. It was the location of Willey's Garage in the 1070's and then was abandoned until 1986 when the Luce's Great-grandson Greg Emerson and his wife Kim renovated the house and added a new detached garage in 1994. The field eventually grew into a mixed forest and development on both sides of the property includes Old Tavern Farm and Whitney Way.
