Club Road, former Manley /Smith?

This is the former Manley/Smith house. It is now two seperate houses. The big house is owned by Ijams family and the smaller one has been moved a bit and owned by the Smith sisters, this is also a house I have cleaned

The small chimney coming out of the dormer was the flue for the kitchen stove (an oil stove?) In 2018(?)it was taken down so we could put a new shower in the bathroom. The old shower had likely been installed around the time this photo was taken, to replace a small claw foot tub. We are still using the original toilet and sink, however!
