The Hurd farm, now owned by Wes Kinney family, Rt. 137 Knox

Vaughn Hurd sold to Bob and Margaret Smith in the early 1960s. The Smiths sold to Wes Kinney in 1977. Wes now runs a large maple syrup and compost business at this farm. I worked here from 1972-1981, off and on, school and college breaks, even a bit after college.
back in the 60's i went to some church meetings in the barn by the white corn tower. this farm is just down the road from Knox Ridge Baptist Church.
My parents, Wes and Gwen Kinney, bought this farm in 1977. They still live here today.
