This is another view of the Ozzie George farmstead at the corner of Partridge Road and Mt. Ephraim Road in Searsport. All gone now except the remains of the garage on the left.
Same place as 14-AWA-18.
Garage is gone now. It was on CMP property and they eventually took it down and cleaned up the remaining junk. Nothing left but an almost filled in well.
Hi Larry,
Do you know what they might do with property now that all the buildings are gone?
Most of the property, including the spot where the garage was, is on Central Maine Power Company land, a right of way they purchased decades ago. I think the property line went right through the house, or slightly to the north of it. I've been haying the fields for 30 years or so. The other portion, near Partridge lane, is privately owned. Don't know intentions, if any.
