This is our home on Ferry Lane in Sandy Point. We have lived here since 1985. Deeds go back to 1848 to sea captain James Crocker and his wife Lucinda. Other residents were Grants. We purchased from Chellborgs who I believe were there in the 60's. Many more trees now, but house looks much the same, other than color and some updates. That big patch of shrubs are lilacs which are still there.
