This is what used to be called Reybolds Wharf. It is now the Elkview Shores boatramp and cove, while the pier and associated beach belongs to White Crystal Beach. Both beaches were owned by my great grandparents, Mr and Mrs Alfred E. Green. Much has changed but Elkview Shores is still in our family currently owned by Alfred Crump and Casey Oliver, while White Crystal Beach was recently deeded to the Price family after Gene Green passed away.
I was a member of the WCB family for 18 years 2000-2918 until I moved away. My 2 boys grew up going down there from PA every weekend. Love it there! Miss it terribly. I would like a print but it says it’s unavailable?
I started coming down to WCB since 1965 and still spend my weekends and vacations down here. I loved the Greens, the original owners and now the Prices took over and we are very lucky to have them as owners, they are like family, without a doubt!! I live in Jersey and can go to the shore but there is something special about this place and I just love it!!
