I’m pretty sure this is now 8102 Liberty Rd, Frederick, MD 21701 which is still a tractor dealer. Where the cvs is there used to be an old house

Ceresville New Holland
The white house at the far left is where CVS is now. Next to that was Smith's Phillip 66 station, and then Ceresville New Holland. The road has been widened in this area, since the photo was taken.
