This was the Marian Fathers' Novitiate. I lived there from August 1974 through August 1977. The white circular building on the left is the chapel which was the inspiration for the new St. Mary's church in Rockville. The building is now the Marian Assisted Living Facility. The rest of the property (about 27 acres) was sold to developers around 2015 and is now filled with single family homes.
