Located on Miners Road in unincorporated area of Scottdale in Royalton Township, Berrien County, Michigan. House was owned by Grahl in early 1900s. A home is shown on plat maps as early as 1860 (possibly a log house) and 1873, owned by James Carlton. 1860 map scanned and avl. online by US Library of Congress. 1873 map reprinted by Berrien Co. Hist. Assoc.

This is my house 953 miners rd. House was built in 1930 by Otto Krause.
