New house was built more to the top of the driveway.

My family lived here approximately 1962-1964. John and Dorothy Wysack, and Kathy and Karen. There was an old outhouse behind the house, a two-holer. The kitchen had an (old antique) water pump. I seem to remember being washed in the sink with this pump above me. There was not a bathroom. We had a pot (a chamber pot? a commode? a bucket?) in baby Karen's room (and not mine!). I also remember we bathed in a tin tub that was brought into the living room and filled with water. We had an old tire swing! The things you remember!

This house burnt down in the 1970's. A new house was built squarely at the top of the driveway. Now there is a full-sized, old-fashioned service station in the front yard. (Not kidding.)

Sorry to hear that the home burned down in the 1970's! Do you have any other memories of the property or perhaps stories your parents would tell about the house? How old were you when you lived on the property?
