Yes, I grew up here. The barn is gone as well as the pig barn.
A relative of mine recently purchased this parcel. A framed painting of the aerial photo was in the home and I found this website after researching the company, using the photo ID.
I know that my Great Uncle and Aunt lived in this home in the 1940s and 1950s - Ren and Sarah Postma. I found this from online US census info, which I researched after my dad told me about his uncle and aunt living here. From additional research, I found that several of Ren and Sarah's children lived in this area on 52nd Street.
One other interesting tidbit on this parcel: another relative owned this property during the 1990s, and now lives just down the street. I'd love to know more about when Ren and Sarah purchased the property, as well as any other property owners between 1950 to the present.
