This is a photo of the multi-generational 120 acre family farm (100+ years) that we were forced to sell in 2010 because of a big jump in Ada Township taxes. Address is 2025 Honey Creek Ave NE, Ada, MI. It belonged to my dad’s grandparents in the 1800’s and my brothers and I were the last children in the family to grow up in the house. Ada wanted it for a park and jumped the taxes when we refused to sell to them. Our hearts will always be broken at the loss.
