This was Koltz's Corner store. spent many hard earned coins at this country store on the things deemed important to a local farm boy like bb's candy and ice cream. Often I would go around the mile picking up cans and bottles to cash in for those funds, 2 cents apiece. Those were the days.

This was my parents store. They purchased in 1945 and ran it until 1975. Many happy memories of the friends from then. Thanks for making these available

Went to Kolz's Corner many times. We lived on Sword Hwy. in 1960-1971. Bill Wood was my father, Betty (Estes) Wood, my mom;Bill Wood, my brother and me Marjorie (Wood) Gary. Not any store as friendly as they were. Remember Carolyn, their daughter, as well.

Knew that curve/intersection before I saw the map. We bought a place on Sword Hwy in 1972 so this was our stomping ground. Miss that area. It was a great place to grow up. Lots of good neighbors.
